Strategic Focus Areas

American Oil Capital LLC’s Subsurface & Reserves position is supported by independent engineering and structural mapping across the Patton Lease and surrounding Mid-Continent assets.

1. Volumetric Engineering Basis (Wilcox & Booch Sands)
Based on the latest independent engineering evaluation by J.R. Stewart (July 26), AOCT’s stacked-pay reserves in the Mid-Continent are supported by deterministic volumetric analysis of the Wilcox Sand and Booch Sand intervals.

Key highlights:
• Petrophysical basis: average porosity of ~22% and hydrocarbon saturation of ~74% applied to both Wilcox and Booch sands.
• Wilcox Sand (3,900’ TVD, 27’ net pay):
– ~28,800 STB of oil in place per acre.
– ~1.15 MM STB OOIP on a 40-acre drainage unit.
– ~2.30 MM STB OOIP on an 80-acre drainage unit.
• Booch Sand (2,000’ TVD, 50’ net pay):
– ~53,300 STB of oil in place per acre.
– ~2.13 MM STB OOIP on a 40-acre drainage unit.
– ~4.27 MM STB OOIP on an 80-acre drainage unit.
• Stacked totals (Wilcox + Booch, 77’ combined net pay):
– ~82,100 STB of oil in place per acre.
– ~3.29 MM STB OOIP on a 40-acre stacked unit.
– ~6.57 MM STB OOIP on an 80-acre stacked unit.
– ~985,000 STB primary recovery (30% RF) per 40-acre stacked unit.

2. Reservoir Structure & Development Mapping (Patton Lease)
The “American Oil Capital Structure Presentation” adds structural context to these reserves through detailed reservoir maps and offset analysis across the Patton Lease (Section 34 - T10N - R12E, Okmulgee County, OK):

• Union Valley Lime Structure Map (40-acre Patton Lease)
– Target crest zone mapped to structural highs around -2196 ft subsea.
– High-angle vertical faults isolate asset compartments and preserve structural traps.
– Proposed drilling locations: strategic north offset (-2196 ft) and south offset (-2204 ft) to maximize structural placement.

• First Wilcox Sand Structure Map
– Patton #1 baseline: historical multi-bench producer with 141,909 BO and an initial rate of 540 BOPD.
– PATTON #3 (NW direct offset) evaluated at -2996 ft subsea marker.
– PATTON #2 (SW direct offset) positioned high on the flank at ~-2904 ft structural elevation.
– Regional analogs (Jenkins, Repogle) confirm strong payout trends (up to ~166,944 BO cumulative).

• Second Wilcox Sand Structure Map
– Secondary objective: deeper 2nd Wilcox Sand pool with mapped structural closure.
– PATTON #3 target grid tracks a high bench continuation at ~-2950 ft subsea.
– PATTON #2 down-dip extent placed on a deeper structural contour around -3243 ft.

Together, the engineering report and structure presentation support AOCT’s reserve valuation, stacked-pay development strategy, and long-term asset book value alignment for investors.
